Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The most frequently asked questions are outlined below.  I will not provide legal advice, as each case is unique and requires a consultation.

What is your fee?

Every client’s situation differs and varies depending on the strengths and weaknesses of the case, the client’s criminal history, the degree and nature of the crime or offense, the quantity of charges, the stage of the criminal proceedings, whether or not the client is presently on probation or parole, and the location where the matter is being prosecuted.  Every potential client will be quoted a fee and provided with an engagement letter outlining the fees associated with the representation.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, credit card payments are accepted, but not preferred.  A small transaction fee will be added to each transaction.

Do you handle other legal matters?

Of course! Although my practice is dedicated to criminal law, I would be happy to discuss other legal matters that involve family law, small claims, adoptions, or personal injury.
